Still required before publication
- Legal name of the site operator
- A physical address, if a privacy or terms law requires one
- Review by a lawyer before the page is treated as a policy
- A named advertising partner, if one is ever signed
No ads are running
The advertising switch is off. Pages do not load an ad network, and they do not draw empty ad boxes. A future placement would be labeled as advertising and would sit outside the calculator’s inputs and results.
A lender promotion, if one is added later, would be labeled as a sponsored lender. It would not change the calculated payment, and it would not receive the numbers typed into the calculator unless a separate, reviewed consent step existed. That step does not exist.
